EDAC GROUP AWARD

Edac Europe has been chosen by the Group President and C.E.O., Adrian Robinson, as 'Best Performing Company' from all the Edac operating Companies worldwide.

The award was made at a recent Group Management Meeting held at Innisbrook, Florida.

Based upon sales and profit growth for the immediate past year, and for the three years preceding the past year, the European Division came top in two of the four judgment categories and second in the other two.

Commenting on the award Edac Europe Managing Director, Andy King, has paid tribute to the efforts of the team based at Milton Keynes in the UK;
"I'm gratified to have had recognised the sustained results produced by Edac Europe over the past four years. We have certainly faced challenges over that period, and my staff should be very proud of the way they've responded to those challenges".
"We have a good ethos within the business and I believe that our customers have recognised and respond to this. I've often said that it's this attitude that makes the difference between Edac and our competitors - 'we like to say yes!', as the slogan puts it."
"Of course my colleagues in the other Group Companies will be very keen to hit top spot themselves in 2010, so the battle is on to retain the award for the current year".
