For well over forty years Edac has been designing and producing electronic interconnect products.

Today the privately owned Edac group is a global entity, supplying all major market segments and manufacturing locations.

Production facilities are based at our Chinese plant  with logistics, customer service, design and technical support operations in Canada, United Kingdom, USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Distributor partners will be found throughout the world.

Edac has it's origins in the manufacture of Card-Edge and Rack & Panel connectors. The Company is regarded throughout the Industry as a world-leader  for these products and press-fit card-edge connectors.

The current portfolio also includes RJ45, USB & firewire, D-Subminiature, waterproof, pin-headers/sockets and panel connectors.

In the past ten years Edac has earned a powerful reputation for the design and production of non-standard, or custom, connectors and cable assemblies. These can be cost-effective alternatives to, or simple variants of, existing products or complete customised solutions. Unlike most of our competitors Edac will engage in a custom connector design project with remarkably low MOQ requirements and a realistic approach to tooling costs.
Where required Edac can respond rapidly to urgent situations and is capable of  moving from the concept stage to finished goods in under twelve weeks with prototype sample-in-hand in four weeks.
